My Background
Hello, I am Helen Holmes, and I have been a birth doula since 2020. My training took place with DONA International. I came to South Florida after living in Kentucky for 14 years serving women and families in the KentuckIana (Kentucky & Indiana) region. I have two sons, but am an auntie to all the little ones in my life. My two births were so drastically different, one being an induction in the hospital and the other a home birth. This inspired me to pursue my education in becoming a birth doula. Since 2020, I have been blessed to serve low-risk and high-risk mamas in all kinds of birth settings.
