Pain Management Counseling: I’ll provide guidance and techniques for effective pain management during childbirth.

Birth Plan Assistance: Together, we’ll create a birth plan that reflects your wishes and priorities.

Emotional Support: We’ll take time to address any fears, anxieties, or concerns you may have.

Comfort Measures: I’ll provide various comfort measures to help you cope with labor.

Positions and Techniques: Guidance on positions and techniques that facilitate progress in childbirth.

Intervention Support: Assistance in understanding the pros and cons of potential interventions.

Option Exploration: Helping you and your partner explore the options available to you.

Emotional and Physical Support: Providing continuous emotional and physical support throughout the process.

Partner Support: Assisting dads and/or support partners in learning how to support you effectively during labor.

Spiritual Encouragement: Offering spiritual encouragement and prayers from a Biblical perspective for those who desire this type of support.

Birth Photography: Available for an additional fee.

Post-Delivery Support: I’ll stay with you for 1-2 hours to provide support as you settle in.

Breastfeeding Assistance: Available to help initiate breastfeeding and address any concerns.

Follow-Up Calls: Two phone calls to check on your breastfeeding journey and emotional wellness.

Home Visit: One home visit to check on both mom and baby, where we can discuss any questions about the birth, newborn care, and breastfeeding. I can also provide referrals as needed.

Postpartum Doula Support: Available for an additional fee. At times, I offer postpartum doula assistance to help you in those early days.
